Furthermore, Appraisalleadsource.com provides all Appraiser Members with access to free leads. The leads in no way, constitute a guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding an appraisal order. All transactions are completely and exclusively between the appraiser and clients. Appraislleadsource.com also may provide certain membership levels with a web site that will only be available to say member for the duration of the membership. The web site in no way constitutes a guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding an appraisal order.
Appraisal Companies Listings. Appraisalleadsource.com contains a searchable directory (the “appraiser Directory”) of appraisal firms (hereinafter referred to as “Listees”). Limited License; Permitted Uses. Postings. Appraiser Ethics Notice. If you are an appraiser, participating in any aspect of Appraisalleadsource.com, including but not limited to, message boards, Profile Pages, etc. you acknowledge that rules of professional conduct apply to all aspects of your participation and that you will abide by such rules. The rules include, but are not limited to, the rules relating to advertising, solicitation of clients, unauthorized practice of appraising, and misrepresentations of fact. Provider disclaims all responsibility for your compliance with these rules.
Advertisers. Appraisalleadsource.com may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Web Site is accurate and complies with applicable laws. Provider will not be responsible for the illegality of or any error or inaccuracy in any advertiser’s or sponsor’s materials.
Payments and Listing Terms. All payments for listing and/or banner advertising will be pre-paid. Due to the nature of the advertising industry no refunds will be issued for any payment received during or after the term of the agreement – with no exception. However, in certain circumstances a credit may be issued to an account at the discretion of Appraisalleadsource.com.
Charges. Appraisal Lead Source charges members $29.95 per month. Memberships are for a minimum of three months and will be billed each quarter. Charge is pre-billed and nonrefundable. Appraisal Lead Source will automatically renew your membership by charging your credit card a $89.95 per quarter renewal fee. To avoid incurring quarterly renewal charges to your credit card, you must cancel your account.
