What is a property analysis form?

A Property Analysis Form or P.A.F is a form that is  filled out by the client that describes a property in full detail to the best of the clients knowledge.  Within this form may include any information about the property that will help in the process of obtaining the services of a knowledgeable real estate appraiser or real estate professional.

Why fill out a P.A.F instead of just placing an Appraisal Order?
